Reliable Capacity for General Machining Workshops

This machine is designed around practical rigidity, accuracy retention, easy operation, and configuration flexibility, making it suitable for long-term daily production use.

400mm Wide Guideway

Integral box-type HT300 cast iron base with induction-hardened, precision-ground guideways for rigidity, vibration resistance, and long-term accuracy retention.

Four-Range Stepless Speed Control

The spindle supports M-code range selection and S-code stepless adjustment within each range, covering roughing, semi-finishing, and finishing operations.

Servo Feed System

X/Z axes use AC servo motors and precision ball screws. TSF soft guideway belts help improve servo response and positioning stability.

Expandable Configuration

Optional hydraulic chuck, pneumatic chuck, 6/8-station tool post, hydraulic tailstock, steady rest, follow rest, and chip conveyor are available.

Machining Applications

From a customer's perspective, CK6142/CK6152 is well suited to workshops that handle multiple part types, variable batch sizes, and consistent dimensional requirements. Program switching, tool compensation, and fixed cycles help reduce the operating threshold.

Shaft Parts

Stepped shafts, long shafts, transmission shafts, and connecting shafts can be supported with centers, steady rests, or follow rests.

Sleeve and Disc Parts

Bushings, sleeves, flanges, and end covers can be processed with OD/ID turning, facing, grooving, and chamfering operations.

Thread Machining

The machine can process cylindrical threads, taper threads, face threads, and continuous connected threads for general mechanical parts.

Core Technical Specifications

Specifications are extracted from the 2020 technical document. When special orders involve chuck, tool post, guarding, tailstock, steady rest, or other configuration changes, final data should be confirmed by technical agreement.

Structure and Accuracy

Spindle System for Roughing and Finishing

The spindle box is built with strong rigidity. Gears are high-frequency hardened and precision ground. The spindle is supported by precision heavy-duty bearings with automatic forced circulation lubrication.

Positioning Accuracy Controlled by Inspection

The specification lists X-axis positioning accuracy A as 0.032mm and repeatability R as 0.009mm. Z-axis values vary according to distance between centers.

Clear Acceptance Standards

Manufacturing and acceptance follow GB/T 25659.1-2010 and GB/T 25659.2-2010. Spindle centering runout is listed as ≤0.010mm.

Standard and Optional Configuration

The standard configuration covers common turning needs. When customers need faster clamping, long-shaft support, automatic chip removal, or a specified CNC system, optional configurations can be selected.

Standard Control and Feed

GSK980TD AC servo CNC system, X/Z servo feed, and centralized automatic intermittent lubrication system.

Standard Machining Setup

Vertical 4-station electric tool post, manual tailstock, coolant system, work light, and technical documents.

Standard Clamping

CK6142 includes a φ200 manual 3-jaw chuck. CK6152 includes a φ250 manual 3-jaw chuck.

Chuck Upgrades

Hydraulic chuck, pneumatic chuck, electric chuck, and foot pedal switch are available for faster loading and unloading.

Tool Post and Tailstock

Vertical or horizontal 6-station and 8-station tool posts, extended manual tailstock, hydraulic tailstock, and pneumatic tailstock are available.

Long-Shaft Support

Steady rest, follow rest, live center, and chip conveyor can be configured for long shafts, slender shafts, and continuous machining.

How to Choose CK6142 or CK6152

Model selection starts with workpiece diameter, spindle bore, and clamping method, then confirms distance between centers, batch rhythm, and future automation needs.

Choose CK6142

Suitable for medium and small-diameter shafts, sleeves, and disc parts. If the φ58mm spindle bore meets your bar-passing needs and you want to control footprint and budget, CK6142 is a practical choice.

Choose CK6152

Suitable for larger-diameter workpieces or customers who need a φ80mm spindle bore. It offers larger swing over bed and tool post for stronger clamping flexibility.

Share These Details for Faster Model Selection

With workpiece size, material, machining operations, and clamping requirements, it is easier to confirm model, distance between centers, chuck, tool post, tailstock, and support configuration.
